Julia Moeller is a psychologist and researcher at Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and Yale Child Study Center. Her research interests bridge topics of the psychology of motivation, development, and personality. She studies learning-related emotions and motivation, and is in particular interested in the dark side of motivation (co-occurring stress and exhaustion), and the bright side of negative emotions (co-occurring positive feelings). Julia Moeller is a Jacobs Foundation Research Fellow 2019-2021.
