Elizabeth Covay Minor is an Associate Professor in Educational Leadership at National Louis University’s National College of Education. Her research focuses on inequality in student opportunities to learn and how social context is related to differences in access to, returns to, and experiences within student opportunities to learn. She is currently the Program Coordinator for the M.Ed./Ed.S in Educational Leadership in the National College of Education.
