Kendra Thomas studies children’s and adolescents’ perceptions of justice and authorities, particularly in contexts of high inequality. Her curiosity on justice beliefs has led her to publish on a variety of topics such as parenting practices, school climate, relationships with authorities, and positive youth development. She is a frequent speaker at virtual teacher-training events on socio-emotional and moral development and works to improve and assess positive interventions in child and youth development in Brazil and South Africa.
