Manja Attig

Manja Attig is a research scientist at the Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories (LIfBi), Germany, where she heads the “Early Childhood and School Education” research unit. She was previously a fellow at the College for Interdisciplinary Educational Research (CIDER). Her research focuses on issues related to competence development in infants and young children, including the interactions between learning environment and competence development, general timelines of competence development and early skills as a predictor of children’s subsequent educational trajectories.
