“We need to stop gap gazing”

Iheoma Iruka, formerly Director of Research and Evaluation, Buffett Early Childhood Institute, University of Nebraska, says we need to stop focusing on the gap in black boys’ achievement. Instead, we should think of how and why the gap is there and what we can do to eliminate it.
