Alex Lloyd, BOLD writer

Alex Lloyd is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UCL. He completed his PhD studies at Royal Holloway, University of London, where his research looked at how adolescents explore their surroundings and why this process is so important for developing the independence they will need in adulthood. Alex is also a trustee at two youth work charities: Dragon Hall Trust and Peer Power Youth. He has given a TEDx talk on the importance of taking a public health approach to youth crime.
