Cathrin Jerie

Cathrin Jerie holds a Bachelor degree in Journalism and Communication from the School of Applied Sciences in Winterthur, Switzerland and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the American University, Washington DC, USA. In her studies she focused on grassroots and citizen empowerment through dialogue, post-war peacebuilding and journalism. Cathrin has worked as a journalist for several newspapers in Switzerland in the online and print departments. As a communications professional she has worked for international and European NGOs with a strong focus on advocacy for maternal, newborn, and child health.

Cathrin Jerie is Program Manager at the Jacobs Foundation.
