Vanessa LoBue is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Rutgers University in Newark, NJ, and the director of the Child Study Center at Rutgers. She is broadly interested in studying children’s emotional development, and more specifically, the development of humans’ adaptive and maladaptive responses to threat over the lifespan. Her research is funded by NIH, NSF, and the McDonnell Foundation.
