Manuel Eisner, Wolfson Professor of Criminology and Director of the Violence Research Centre at the Institute of Criminology, University of Cambridge, talks about the perpetration of violence and victimization, and the influence these factors have on the life chances of young people. His research seeks to learn more about what we can do to better protect victims.
