Poor sleep affects teens' development – an easy way to make a difference

Adriana Galván, Professor of Psychology at UCLA, looks at how the teenage brain changes. In a recent study on the effect of sleep on the developing brain, her lab made an interesting discovery: Teenagers who reported having more comfortable pillows and bedding slept better and had stronger connections among key brain regions than their otherwise similar peers.
